Here at OceanZen we understand that sizing can be tricky when purchasing online therefore we will happily accept exchanges for wrong sizing however our products are non-refundable.
We will only accept an exchange if the bikini is in absolute perfect condition and is:
- Unworn and unwashed with hygiene sticker and swing tags still in original place
-No makeup or deodorant marks - Returned within 14 days of delivery date for Australian orders and 21 days for International orders.
When your return has been received, we will issue you a store credit code to your order value minus the shipping fees which is valid for 12 months.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees to us and must include a pre-paid postal satchel. OceanZen is not responsible for lost or stolen returns therefore we highly encourage you to purchase tracking, as we cannot process exchanges without receiving the initial product.
ALL sale items are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Our product has been quality controlled, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please notify email@example.com. Once received, if we deem the swimwear to be faulty you will be issued a store credit.
OceanZen reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.
